May marks the anniversary of STI’s first three decades in the air quality research and consulting business since the company’s founding on May 19, 1982.  Launched from modest beginnings by founders Don Blumenthal, Jerry Anderson, Will Richards, and Sandy MacDonald, STI has grown to more than 70 employees, 9 interrelated business areas,  and a diverse domestic and international client base. We have been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in the San Francisco North Bay for the last 5 consecutive years, are a certified Sonoma Green Business, and continue to receive awards for protecting public health, conserving resources, and facilitating effective resource management.
