This includes managing all project activities to optimize exceptional customer experience, quality, and budget</li> <li>Works with technical project managers and task managers to set baselines for project scope; determine work procedures/sequences; refine schedules, budgets, and risk assessments; determine staffing needs and responsibilities; manage vendors and subcontractors; and track progress billing</li> <li>Works with project managers to form project teams and assign responsibilities, and confirms these assignments have been undertaken and completed according to schedule and budget</li> <li>Meets with project managers and stakeholders as necessary during the term of a project to resolve issues and obtain approvals</li> <li>Manages changes to project scope, schedule, budget, and risks</li> <li>Leads project retrospectives</li> <li>Works within the PMO to continuously improve the organization’s project management capability</li> <li>Helps to ensure a consistent project management framework and ensures that best practices are adhered to throughout all phases of the project life cycle</li> <li>Leads by example and demonstrates a “can do” attitude</li> <li>Encourages collaboration and provides mentorship to project managers and task managers</li> <li>Completes special projects as assigned</li></ul> <b>Required Qualifications and Skills</b> <ul><li>BS or BA degree </li> <li>Project Manager Professional Certification</li> <li>7 plus years of experience managing projects in a professional services firm</li> <li>Track record of successfully managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines</li> <li>Experience building strong working relationships with business partners</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills</li> <li>Proven ability to lead, influence, and build motivation</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li></ul> <b>Desired Qualifications</b> <ul><li>Demonstrated experience managing software engineering projects</li></ul> <b>Submitting a Résumé</b><br> No phone calls, please.
